"Very hard working and friendly staff. Never felt crowded at the pool or restaurants. Lots of food options at the buffet and other restaurants. Generally very little wait to get a table. Beautiful beach, with few vendors. Easy to get drinks at the bar and the drinks were very good. Majestic owns three properties next to each other. It was nice being able to walk between all three properties. Family friendly. Evening entertainment in the form of music and shows was available. Truly all-inclusive...

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"I live this resort. We satyed in the adults only part which is a short walk to the palace. Its low key and nice. The beach is beautiful. Checking in and out takes a while so be patient. The worse thing about the resort is the website and making reservations. Some restaurants would accomodate us without one, with a tip. Rooms are on the older side, but we were never in them except for sleeping. "
