"We had a great time, couldn't be happier. The beach was beautiful, pools were lovely. My husband was totally impressed with the top end liquor, the restaurants were all wonderful. The grounds were exceptional and most of the staff were so friendly with a few exceptions but we didn't let that bother us. "First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. "Very nice all inclusive. Food options could have been better, but was ok. Buffet wadms good. Pools were great. Very good customer service. Didn't care for excursions, very crowded tour buses. Beach access is nice, but there are a lot of people on the beach trying to sell stuff. One thing I didn't care for is that there are several things that you have to be a excellence member to utilize, which I didn't see on website."
