Its a very large property with lots to do, but the mini put wasn't open on several attempts to go play, there were not enough carts around to help you get from place to place quickly, and you're constantly waiting in lines (sometimes almost an hour!) even for buffet food and the food isn't even very good! Would not go back.

We liked the location (Caribbean), the range of food and drink, facilities and activities, the convenience of the all-inclusive, cashless nature of the resort and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. For some of the restaurants, particularly the "non-reservation" ones, there are probably too many guests for the number of tables, hence there were often long queue waits to get a table. Overall, though, it was a fabulous holiday venue. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Overall not bad. First two days were absolutely horrific until we got our room situation figured out. Staff at the front desk is not trained properly. Nice but not sure if I would go back.

Overall it was a good trip with issues. The general areas of the hotel and pools were maintained well. Staff overall was friendly and very helpful. Rooms - outdated, everything felt like it needed some updating. Toilets clogged frequently, AC never properly worked. Food - Average across the board. My kids both have Celiac and the staff took great care of them even though they had limited options to some extent. Food overall though was average - the Hibachi was the best Pools - very nice and well kept. plenty of chairs for everyone Entertainment - poor. After 10p nothing to do and very little during the day to keep the large crowds entertained. Evening entertainment was pretty bad overall. Everything pretty much costs money if you want to do things - arcade, laser tag, VR room, bowling, putt putt. Not a crazy cost but certainly changes the feel of the all-inclusive experience Staff - overall very friendly and responsive Be careful of the vacation club meeting. They will offer you incentives but you have to present the certificate at check-out or they don't make good on the credit

This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The guest rooms are dirty and dated. The shower tiles have mold. This is not a 5 star resort. Management really needs to do a better job improving the quality of the hotel

No communication. We had trouble with the birthday pack and 4 members gave us different information. At the end we couldn’t enjoy the package. I been for a vacation and the woke me up both day at 8:30 with a morning call asking about the room. Was very inappropriate. Luz from concierge very rude, she don’t have any idea how treat a customer. Laura from vacation package very kind and helpful. Juan from concierge so nice and helpful. If I need to resume the experience at all wasn’t good. The food and water park are the only thing for I could consider go back.
