"The hotel was 100/10. We are so happy with everything. We just was thinking about the food but they have too many options and the food keeps warm all the time. We wasn’t expecting the hotel was that good, on pictures looks nice, but there is AMAZING. Is Top Notch. If you guys are thinking to come here you should do it. I definitely recommend going to this hotel and I hope to come back soon. You feel like in a paradise. "

"This is our second time to this resort and we upgraded to the platinum level.... well worth the money with more options available. The staff is always helpful and fun. The beach is beautiful. Great weather (don't look at the app)...we got sun everyday even when it called out to rain. Such a relaxing place and beautiful grounds all around."

"We had a great vacation in this resort. People here are very nice and friendly, we always felt welcomed, safe and had everything that we needed. Our room was very clean, comfortable with a very convenient location near the kid swimming pool. We were able to walk around easily. Food options with a lot of variety for the buffet, we were able to book 4 restaurants during our stay, El pilon restaurant was good! Our kid had a lot of fun in the kid swimming, beach, playing ping-pong , and walking to see the flamingos and peacocks. "
