First time back since the renovation and let me tell you this was a luxury experience. The service is 10/10, everyone is friendly, the bartenders are very good at what they do ! Resort close to the beach and easy to walk to everything ! The a la carte restaurants were amazing. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at Bahia Principe Esmeralda! The staff was amazing! Alexis at the pool was sooooo great! He worked so hard for everyone at the pool and was so nice and happy all the time! I love the service, their staff are wonderful. The cleaning around hallways, stair cases or floors could do better. I think the staff go beyond their job description to satisfy customers and make sure everyone enjoys their stay. I enjoyed the trip very much.
