"This was our first all-inclusive stay in ten years. Overall, we enjoyed it. The resort was beautiful and so peaceful-like you were in a tropical jungle, and our room was huge and so awesome (swim-up suite). The biggest issue was that the resort had changed since we booked, so we couldn't go over to the other resort/access the kids club until I bothered the front desk several times. We finally got a special bracelet. The other resort was bigger and had an amazing waterpark that our kids loved."

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

Pool & beach areas were super clean and easy to navigate, plenty of space, we never didn't have a spot to tan. A fabulous place to vacation, already planning a future trip."

"We had a great time, couldn't be happier. The beach was beautiful, pools were lovely. My husband was totally impressed with the top end liquor, the restaurants were all wonderful. The grounds were exceptional and most of the staff were so friendly with a few exceptions but we didn't let that bother us. Our butler ( Mario Candio) was the best, he managed to track us down no matter where we were. A thumbs up to the ladies who took care of our rooms they were so nice. We will definitely be...

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
