"I live this resort. We satyed in the adults only part which is a short walk to the palace. Its low key and nice. The beach is beautiful. Checking in and out takes a while so be patient. The worse thing about the resort is the website and making reservations. Some restaurants would accomodate us without one, with a tip. Rooms are on the older side, but we were never in them except for sleeping. "

"The room was amazing, the staff very friendly and the facilities and the beach were all great. The butler in our facility was also always eager to help. We only had 2 issues. The cleaning staff were always chatting very loudly in the hallway which always woke us up. The other issue was that the restaurants are very slow - expect to wait for a waiter for 15 min to show up, then wait another 30 min for the first course to start arriving and more for the rest of the meal. "We enjoyed our stay at this facility. It is in the middle of a long stretch of beautiful beach, well maintained and has the tight amount/size of guests. People (hotel staffs and guests) are all very nice, and the food is good too. The guest room is clean, but it could use newer linen (e.g., sheets, towels). "

"Overall fantastic adult only all inclusice experience! Good food and great spaces to relax and enjoy activities. Would have been preferable to have reservations for the specialty restaurants to ensure consistent service, especially for those who had to wait for a later seating."

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - All Inclusive

"Very hard working and friendly staff. Never felt crowded at the pool or restaurants. Lots of food options at the buffet and other restaurants. Generally very little wait to get a table. Beautiful beach, with few vendors. Easy to get drinks at the bar and the drinks were very good. Majestic owns three properties next to each other. It was nice being able to walk between all three properties. Family friendly. Evening entertainment in the form of music and shows was available. Truly all-inclusive except for the wine in the non-buffet restaurants. While tips are not required, they are well deserved and much appreciated."
