"Quiet, beautiful Bavaro Beach property. Good food at this location. Also enjoyed the Palace restaurants, although not top star. Barcelo Bavaro train (tram) transportation provided convenient access to other amenities on the property, water parks, mini golf, tennis, and a lovely chapel for Mass. We highly recommend! "

The property was nice and clean. The staff took great care to ensure that all areas, from the lobby, restaurants to the rooms were spotless. The service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Especially my Mayordomo (Eliezer) I gave him five Stars ⭐️ The facilities were top-notch. The pools, spa, and casino were all well-maintained and offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. I did enjoy the Michael Jackson Show. The resort is located in a beautiful in area in Punta Cana that feels safe and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the variety of shopping and dining options available on-site. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was delicious! Especially the Marketplace. My Only Complaint: The only issue I encountered was with the jacuzzi. While it had hot water, it didn’t produce bubbles, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper bubble bath. Despite this, everything else was very well maintained and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable all-inclusive experience. I can't wait to return! My next trip will be in December! "This resort was so great. From the beginning to end the staff was very aware of our needs. We've never felt so taken care at other resorts. Our butler Omar was so nice, he checked on us via text every day and took care of our needs. My husband and I decided to take this trip last year and of course we were a little weary about safety; we felt very safe on the resorts. Our house keeper Maria maintained our room everyday and she did a fantastic job. She always made our room look so cute and clean. For my birthday my room was decorated with the cutest and romantic detail. I would suggest bringing at least one nice outfit so you can try the restaurants that have a dress code. However, the Marketplace is where we ate for all 3 meals. Super easy, lots to choose from. We stayed in the adults only part of the resort, just because. They also have a adults only beach area. The water was so nice. The weather was spot on 80°f . The only suggestion I would have is to provide a cork opener, ours broke in half trying lmao! But, we talked to Omar and voila, we were given a new champagne bottle and more rum. They literally provide everything. Omar and Maria H. both deserve raises for all the stuff people put these staff member through. I believe people need to remember these are people providing a service and to show them kindness and respect and please and thank you go a long way. They also are working to provide for their families. "
