"There is three separate Majestic Hotels on the Property but all contacted which can get confusing on the first day trying to get around. A lot of the staff did not speak English which made it hard to communicate and ask about certain things. They changed our room last minute and downgraded us and gave us a credit without telling us which was frustrating because we booked the specific room for our honeymoon but they were able to make it right and got us in the correct room the next day. "First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
