This property is good for people with expectations of a 3-star resort. Average entertainment. Average food. Average staff. Dirty pools. Below average drinks. Beach is beautiful but useless as you can’t go in the water as it gets very steep. Room was damp and muggy. Air conditioner was very noisy. We waited 1hour for our order to arrive at 2 speciality restaurants after ordering food. Third time at third restaurant we just walked out after waiting. For lunch buffet, you have to walk all the way up to the beach which is good 10 minute walk from the lobby. There is no lunch offered at the restaurant in the lobby. For lunch and dinner buffets you have to find your own table as the staff just ask you to go in and find your own table. They do not escort you to the table. The staff hardly speaks English which is another drawback for only English-speaking guests. You have to walk long to get to the washroom and they were always out of soap if you are late than 7 AM you won’t be able to find a spot on the beach or by the pool.

It was a very nice resort. Very clean, friendly staff. There was a lot of daily activities at the pool every day as well as shows at night. It is family friendly. The only thing that can be a little bit better is the food, but compared to other all inclusive resorts the food was good.

El lugar es muy lindo, limpio y buena comida. Pero muchos empleados al ver que hablas español; te ignoran. Te cansas de llamar para q te lleven de tomar en el buffet y se hacen sordos. En el bar frente al water park de ninos; hay una chica turno de la tarde que estaba molesta porq cierran a las 11 y a las 10:20 fui a pedir un trago; aparte q le pregunte los tipos de trago q preparan y me ignoró. Todo lo demas excelente

Food safety issues with lots of mishandled raw food and undercooked/way overcooked meals. Impossible to make reservations even with Diamond Club. Room was run down, dirty - matress had mold all over it. Pools were cold and dirty, full of sunscreen and ended up surrounded with cups/glasses from the bar. Staff was always goofing around and/or not paying attention - no proactive service, you had to get their attention to get anything done. Multiple requests for towels, crib, food ignored. I wouldnt go back here if you paid me.

The service was lacking in almost all areas, check in was a nightmare, I arrived late at night alone in the rain and nobody was around to help, The toilets around the pools were filthy most of the time. My room did not get cleaned several times and then very poorly. The food was pretty good, lots of variety, entertainment good and children’s activities good Buildings are in need of repair!
