"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"My husband and I absolutely enjoyed ourselves the staff was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and well layed out, the food was good and the bar tenders were great! The spa and massage was perfect. Needless to say we were definitely blown away by the whole experience. They had activities and entertainment. There was little to no kids so very relaxing. I would highly recommend this for any adults looking to get away and relax without being completely bored. "

"We spent a nice week at this hotel and it was just fantastic. The grounds are green and luscious, very well taken care of. The villas are so close to the beach and the property is easily walkable. We always found many choices to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We do eat pretty healthy though, lots of fruit, vegetables and fish, the kids did find some fast food options too.
