Property is big and pool is very big you can get lost in it, also the beach is really nice plenty of chairs available. Only thing I would ask them to do is to have golf carts run through out the resort, it can save people time and frustration of walking with kids or older adults

Our favorite thing was how large the pool is, how many options there are for everyone, restaurants, bars, hang out spots, etc. It allowed for everyone to be spread out on the resort so it didnt feel crowded.

The staff was not warm or welcoming. The food was so much better 10 years ago. This time it was not fresh with very limited options. No flavor and poor selection. The room was in poor condition. Shower was rusty and moldy. The covers on the bed were filthy. The white couch in the room was so incredibly dirty. Only allowed 1 towel pp. The only good thing was the beautiful beach and the pool areas. But the service and people were so passive and uncaring. Very unhelpful and unapologetic. Would never go back

The resort was so pretty! The staff were so nice, and attentive. This was one of the best beaches/oceans we have seen or been on. The only downside to us was the beach was very busy with a lot of people (not secluded like Excellence Punta Cana was), and a lot of vendors selling things. We didn’t go 2 minutes without someone passing us trying to sale us something. They weren’t super pushy, but it was a constant flow of vendors. The food was good for an all-inclusive resort, and the drinks were so good. We would go back here.

The resort was very relaxing and the staff was very nice. The place was clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The majestic colonial is a great stay. Some things that weren’t always pleasing were some of the food options the hibachi is by far the best with close second the Caribbean place. Overall though very enjoyable would recommend!
