"I would return to this resort every year. Some of the waiters had very poor English which resulted in incorrect meal orders. They needed more activities for kids because the teenagers club and game rooms were empty buildings. Overall it was a great vacation "

"Excellent stay. Great staff! Thank you Genesis, Wendy, Karelis, Thomas, and others for your exceptional service. Room was great, beautiful sea view. Food was fresh and delectable. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Room was clean and all common areas had a fresh scent and being constantly managed by security, fetl safe. Tons of activities and restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant food and drinks were great too. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend and I cant wait to return!"

"We used whats app to communicate & they were very responsive. Day 1 Transfer info was not clear. We had a different driver then stated & no specific instructions of where they would be or which company used. We found them after 40 mins. Drive went well except they expected payment which we had already paid for. (Use a Taxi it would have been $15 cheaper) Code to room was provided no issues. Condo was as expected. Kitchen had most things except kitchen towels or paper towel & no coffee maker....

"The property is very nice, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is simple but very delicious, it is 2 minutes from the beach, i did have to ask the maids for fresh towels several times but they either didnt understand or kept forgetting, however the lovely lady at reception solved it instantly "

"Requested Houskeeping service early yet everyday arrived at 530 pm. Per my vip status I was suppose to get $100 voucher to use at spa however they did not honor it .they only Gave-me $50 even with my document that stated $100. Butler name Ervin was excellent. Very accommodating and super efficient and nice. drinks good and buffet excellent. Italian restaurant menu should include more protein versus pasta and pizza. Overall I would return. Coffee shop was amazing "

"What a beautiful place. Its very colourful during the day and very ambient at night. Beach was about under 10 min walk from our room. Lots of food options and entertainment. We really enjoyed the kids area. There's pool tables, table tennis, bowling, VR and a bunch more fun things to do. My daughter and I went there for her birthday. I asked One of the staff if they can have a cake ready with a candle. When the cake came it was a normal size cake. That's about 9 x9. It was pretty big. I was just expecting like a cupcake with a candle. Lol I did get charged for it after for $33 US dollars after. I wish I knew that. But but overall it was for my daughter's birthday. Our Expedia concierge booked my daughter and I for dinner by the beach. We had surf and turf. Food was delicious and the view was just stunning. There was also musician playing the saxophone. So much great things to say. Not enough room on here. The only issue we had Was when would take a shower, you can start to smell The sewage being backed up. It wasn't often only a few times. We didn't complain about it. We were just in the shower for a few minutes and then we're out so it wasn't much issue aside from that. Overall we loved every minute of our stay. "

"Great property. I didn't realize how big it was. There are several hotels on the property. Easy to get lost. The map at front desk could be better detailed. But not a deal breaker. After a couple of days. I figured out the layout. My only complaint was transportation to and from the beach. There are trolleys, but they were always full when they got to my stop. Not a big issue. I just walked. Good food. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Outstanding staff!!! I had an AC issue and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. I do have one more complaint. I scheduled a pickup at my room the day I checked out. Well, my pickup was a no show. So I had to walk up to the main lobby with my bags. Not a deal breaker. Will definitely stay here again!!!!"
