The staff, service, suites and ambiance were wonderful. Kudos to Onix, from the resort and Claudio, from Destination Services, who made my vacation worry-free and so much more enjoyable. It was nice to have the "perrsonal attention!" I will definitely return to the Zel.

If you want to go relax this is the resort…if you are looking for entertainment there is none other than yoga by the Pool. There is only three restaurantes. The buffet is very good i only wish they had Dominican food. The room Are decorated lovely i enjoyed it

Staff was very polite and very helpful. Food was good, drinks amazing but the facilities look a bit tired in some certain areas, room size is fantastic and the grounds are the best I’ve been to. Great for morning and evening walks, would I go back, definitely.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed ourselves the staff was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and well layed out, the food was good and the bar tenders were great! The spa and massage was perfect. Needless to say we were definitely blown away by the whole experience. They had activities and entertainment. There was little to no kids so very relaxing. I would highly recommend this for any adults looking to get away and relax without being completely bored.

We really enjoyed staying at Zel. The staff was amazing, especially Enrique & Louis at the Tacorini!! The food was really good for an all-inclusive. Rooms were very clean, the grounds were well maintained, big pool and just a short 15 min walk to the beach. Played tennis and pickleball.

I went for 4 days for spring break! Very pretty resort. The staff was super friendly & helpful. I really enjoyed the morning workouts; HIIT at 8am with Kimberly was a 5/5! The beach club food was great I had lunch there every day! The sushi spot is not the best if you’re a sushi eater, but the steakhouse was also great! The buffet served a variety of things which were good. Another fav was the bathtub on the balcony. I love big tubs! Overall I give it 4.5/5 stars.

We went for a bachelorette party and had a lovely weekend overall. Food was great, drinks were delicious, and the staff was always ready to attend our needs. As a group of young girls we received some unwanted attention from staff/a guest, but as soon as the hotel was made aware on the first night they immediately took care of it and were constantly making sure we were having a good experience. Granted we were a loud group ourselves, everyone was extremely patient with us and I am overall very happy with how our trip turned out. I would recommend this place and I would stay again myself!
