"This is a beautiful resort. Plenty of chairs by the pool and beach. Lots of open air areas to sit out of the sun or rain with views of beach and property. Enjoyed the one show I saw but they started at 10 pm, later than other resorts I’ve been to. Staff were pleasant but language was a barrier at times between average and good or excellent service. "First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"Resort is not fully open yet. Grand opening is in March. Expect very few guests and no nightime activity. The resort is beautiful and Master Suite Room is amazing. we were on the top floor facing pool in building 3. Zel Beach Club is not a long walk (10 mins) and shuttles are available if needed.
