"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"This was our first all-inclusive stay in ten years. Overall, we enjoyed it. The resort was beautiful and so peaceful-like you were in a tropical jungle, and our room was huge and so awesome (swim-up suite). The biggest issue was that the resort had changed since we booked, so we couldn't go over to the other resort/access the kids club until I bothered the front desk several times. We finally got a special bracelet. The other resort was bigger and had an amazing waterpark that our kids loved."

"We had a wonderful time at barcelo beaches, had a few issues that guest services took care of immediately and made things fantastic for us, highly recommend the caribe buffet and the Kyoto Al a carte restaurant were our favorites, coral restaurant wasn't great in regards to service and the menu selection. "The Westin should offer more food options on it's hotel menu and should drop the guacamole/ tomatillo from the menu. It was horrible. Please don't order it! It was more of a sour tomatillo sauce."
