"I joined the diamond club after 3 days and felt like the most special person in the world. My butler Roberto was my favorite part. He catered to me because of my medical issue. He made food reservations, let me know the daily activities and was quick to respond to my requests. I had an issue where I needed to go to the resort Doctor. Roberto walked me to the doctor and stayed with me until I was done. The doctor was amazing. He was Thorough and spent a long time with me not just a quick 15 minute exam. Let me clarify this was my issue nothing to do with the resort. I got moved to a room that has the swim out pool attached to your patio. Amazing!! Splurge and get it. Totally worth it. The beach is beautiful and sitting in comfortable loungers sipping a drink was magical. The drinks flowed freely and were never watered down. Everyone from the gardeners to top management say hello all with a smile on their face. I don’t know how they do it but many staff even remember your name. I felt completely safe and never worried about anything at all. The food was 5 star in my opinion. The buffet really stands out for me. The set up was not only delicious but pleasing to the eyes. There are 7 different restaurants if I remember correctly. Every day and nite there is fun entertainment. I didn’t experience the nite life but it sounded like everyone was always enjoying themselves. The area was clean, rooms clean and comfortable. The grounds were so green and impeccable. "

"I liked quietness, cleanliness, and services at the room and restaurants. Also, the excellence of JJ, always available to help us, he is very professional! I did not like the tour to Dream hotel. They should told me the true before to schedule an appointment for me to go there. Another thing regarding food options would be to have the traditional Dominican plates always available. In our first trip, that aspect was excellent. They asked what did we want to eat….!in this trip, when I have asked for plantains, tostones, mofongo they have told they don’t have and offered mash potatoes. To re schedule transportation to the airport should be more help from that company since my trip was paid in Miami and it was a round trip. "
