"The property was nice. The rooftop pool was cold but the view was nice. Plenty of seating even has a double rooftop to view the skyline higher. The two bedrooms with two bathrooms and washer/dryer is a wonderful feature. My room had a wrap around terrace as well. I appreciate them accommodating the kitchen with extra utensils as I hired a private chef during my stay. I would for sure stay here again. "

"Kevin was a responsive host and helped us with the booking of a good catamaran tour. We liked the location of the property as it was close to areas with restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The downside of the location is the noise. The property is next to a bus station whose PA system can be heard inside the apartment. "When I visited there was construction going on at one of the restaurants but what was still open was very nice. The pool was shallow so it’s mostly for decoration. We had a great time there and really enjoyed the rooftop bar/lounge area. "

"We stayed at Corto Maltes for a week, starting 7/8/13, room 204. The place has "good bones" but needs some upkeep to be really top-notch. A new coat of paint would be a start. This is a condo that is rented out by the owners and managed by the staff at El Faro - those folks were pleasant but did not solve some of the issues that needed attention.
