"I have been coming here for many, many years. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. Housekeeping is great! The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful; always ready with a smile and kindness. "Great family friendly resort! The small resort is perfect for small kids as rooms are close to pool and ocean for easy access. Food at restaurants and snack shack was amazing! Buffet could use more options as it was very limited and always the same. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely return! "

Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort

"I Loved the staff, food was great (and im picky). Staff was super nice with great customer service! It was safe, you must go in with your bracelet, I went on a solo trip as a young female and felt safe inside the property. I wish they just had more of their native food. I like international food but I thought I would eat more tacos and mexican food. But I will definitely go back. "
