"Great staff! They were helpful and kept the property and rooms extremely clean. While this is ocean front property the beach is very small and not really swimable. I would not stay here with kids. But it was great for a couple just wanting to relax on the beach. The location is great. Dozens of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. We walked everywhere and never felt unsafe."

"Great communication before and during our stay. Felt safe and secure inside and out. Apartment was clean and well-kept with all amenities you’d need. Only complaint might be all the overhanging foliage as you try to make your way through the grounds so no real disaster!"

"I really enjoyed having a nice home away from home. Very convenient area for groceries and getting into town for meals and entertainment. The staff were all very helpful. The view from the rooftop pool deck is stunning. The only thing missing is direct ocean front location."

"For the price this space was a good option. The finishes are nice and the bed is firm, which my husband liked but it was a bit too firm for me. We enjoyed having breakfast across the street at a mom and pop cafe called La Guajira. They had fresh juice and generous portions. "This is the hotel we chose to stay after a terrible night at another place. This place was formerly Playa Maya Beach Hotel that we have stayed at before. The rooms do need upgrading which I think they are doing slowly. Bed was ok but somewhat hard. Staff mostly spoke Spanish but food and service was excellent! "First time to Catalonia Riveria Maya resort it was all we wanted for a first visit. Are newly renovated room was first floor and garden view which was quiet when we needed it and the pool and its activities were entertaining. Food from buffet was really good, yes it had some repeated items, but new additions were added keeping it with a good variety. It was a chore to book ala cart restaurant's but between the app and the concierge was manageable. Drinks were plentiful and cold. I enjoyed my beer while sweeti enjoyed her mojitos Overall wonderfull time. "

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive

"The pools were excellent and the staff was also great. Ate at all of the restaurants. Only disappointment was the steak restaurant. The steak was very mediocre. The Italian and Sushi restaurants were outstanding, and the Mexican, buffet, and pizza places were good. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The alcohol was ok, definitely plenty of it but had to try a few different drinks early to find things that tasted great and then stick with them. "

Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive

"Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters etc, etc. Words just don't do this place justice. "
