We had the best time at the reef! The staff was lovely, the beach was beautiful, everything was easy and convenient. Our kids loved the pools, swim up bar, and the gulf water. We definitely will be back!

Most of the staff was super friendly and easy to coordinate with. They were helpful with booking excursions and airport transportation. Being onsite was absolutely beautiful with tons of amenities all around. I would definitely stay here again.

The food options were awesome! We had actual Mexican dishes available to us, and a good variety of others. But we don’t go to Mexico to eat burgers and hotdogs or Italian food, (which they DO have available!) but obviously their native dishes are better. The staff is very kind and attentive always! Very helpful, we felt safe and we absolutely loved our time there!

The property was beautiful! Beautiful walk ways through jungle setting. Lots of trees, plants, and vine, it really felt lush and tropical. This increased the amount of animals the kids were able to see during our stay which was a bonus! I like the size of the property, easy to get to the pool, beach, food and as a family you know you are always back and forth multiple times and it was very convenient!

Family friendly hotel, great contrasts with their green areas and the hotel. Private beach- the food is good, they do have buffet and only 2 dining restaurants(the Italian restaurant is great) I will recommend to try another one from the city or sister hotel. The option for bookings tours in the agency is not a good service so I recommend to review in advance and have all the questions ready as some of them are priced for what include. Overall great hotel and staff

Walking from the lobby through to the pool/beach area is like walking through a tropical jungle paradise, complete with a cenote. It is by far the most beautiful hotel grounds I have ever walked through.
