"On our first day in Cozumel we arrived at the property around 4:15 on Sunday afternoon but no check in instructions were provided by VRBO. We had no communication so we were very confused about how to get into the unit. We found out later that the property manager forgot to meet us on site to go over check in. "When I originally booked this house I thought it was too good to be true with the price and everything we wanted right on the beach but it was actually everything advertised and more. There is a little spot across the road to get drinks and swim, your own pool, it is so quiet, the staff was amazing. I only wish I had booked to stay longer!! We will definitely be back!"

"Kevin was a responsive host and helped us with the booking of a good catamaran tour. We liked the location of the property as it was close to areas with restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The downside of the location is the noise. The property is next to a bus station whose PA system can be heard inside the apartment. The building is also close to entertainment/bars that are loud late into the night. Finally, Kevin let me know that there is a limit to the electricity...

"I booked this property on VRBO for me and 9 friends and it was FANTASTIC. 10/10 would recommend. Home/property: the house was huge and a great place to host 10 friends. We spent a great deal of the time in the pool which helped with a hot summer day. The a/c in the house was quite strong and kept all the rooms cool. The roof was a great place to eat dinner. The kitchen and living room were both large and accommodated all of us. There was a projector to watch sports and movies — easy to use....
