"The resort is massive. Beautiful grounds and clean hotel rooms. It was hard to get in to a la carte restaurants but the buffet was pretty good so it was fine. There was construction going on but it was still fine. Swimming with dolphins was the best part!"

The steakhouse needs to work on the cook of their meats. I received a few siety rowels and wash cloths as replacements on 1 day. More shows and activities would help make those rainy days much better."

"Clean, well maintained property. Staff is good. The only thing I don’t like is the time-share propaganda when I just wanted a relaxing vacation. But that’s par for the course at these all-inclusives I guess. We got free stuff for attending the sales meeting but won’t do one again."

"We loved the wildlife roaming around the property! Resort was clean - there is always somebody leaf blowing/removing beaches and water. Housekeeping came every day and rooms were cleaned wonderfully. Mini bar stocked every second day. Pools were clean and fun ! Will stay here again :)"

"It’s a great resort, however staff is not as friendly as you would hope (and we always tipped), with the exception of the cleaning staff who always had a smile and a friendly greeting in the morning. Probably won’t return next year."
