"The property was in great condition. Buffet food was good. The 4 Ala Cartes need improvement. The other 4 properties Ala Cartes are much better. No dinner buffet is an inconvenience as you have to walk to adjacent properties for dinner buffets. Room was clean but had a definite musty smell. Need deodorizer. Beach chairs were all taken by 11:00 am leaving no chairs for some guests. Overall a great stay during peak season."

"The pros: helpful front desk staff, good drinks at the rooftop bar, rooftop pool is pretty and has plenty of daybeds with umbrellas, easy to get a taxi outside, walking distance to restaurants & bars, 5-10 minute drive to beach resort area (granted it’s still going to cost you upwards of 400 pesos in a taxi). Cons: lower levels on odd room numbers overlook a bar that plays music until past midnight, which is tough for light sleepers. Food is overpriced, especially breakfast. $20/day resort fee...

"Mutilple beaches, a lagoon, several pools. Upgrading to privileged room and services is a must. Room was modern and very clean. Food was good, our favorite was the grill station where they made either, fish, chicken, or pork fresh in front of you. Japanese restaurant and steakhouse were also great. Biggest plus is the fact that the resort is in a gated community which makes things super safe for off resort strolls to the town. "

"I love this resort but it definitely needs more menu choices. Only 1 place for breakfast and 2 places for lunch. Dinner many restaurants but for me who is very picky, there was 1 thing on each menu i would eat. Staying 10 days meant the same meals over and over. Plus, there is nothing to eat for snacks or after a late excursion. But it is safe and quiet and the bar/nightlife cant be heard in the rooms so it is very quiet. I loved the animals at the resort! The coati and agouti are entertaining...

"Property was very beautiful and well maintained. The staff were phenomenal and super friendly and genuine. The rooms however are quite dated and some of the fixtures werent functioning. Such as our jacuzzi for example. If you do not reserve a restaurant dinner you will be quite upset as the buffet food quality is mediocre at best and very repetitive. Pools close unreasonably early and this was the first resort i have been to where i was kicked off the beach at night just for sitting on a chair....
