"For some reason my reservation didn't show up in the system when i arrived, but the staff handled it professionally and provided me an upgrade so I was happy. The room was comfortable, with nice linens and other nice touches, like a variety of teas, q tips, and fancy shampoo and conditioner. All of the staff were very nice, and spoke perfect English (and other languages) and provided helpful tips for my visit. The hotel is in a convenient location where it's located near the nice grocery store...

"Great getaway spot in the jungle! An eco oasis that is quiet and peaceful. Tulum is a short juant away by shuttle bus. Chemuyil the city nearby is also a cool small town. Owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Tulum while also enjoying a quiet getawayGeeat internet if you need it. "

"This hostel is not organized..the people who work there are not trained properly and it is too laid back..you need to watch the price given and the price you pay...as they overcharged me..people were friendly enough but no activities are organized..it is not well run overall."

"The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...

"We had some unforeseen issues, but the staff was very helpful and able to accommodate and make everything work for us. The suite was spacious. Minor details keep it from being a perfect place but when all is said it was a great experience and the staff was great. "

"I recently spent a week at this amazing hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The facilities are top-notch, and the service is truly exceptional—it’s hard to find anything we didn’t like. At first, we were unsure about the long walk to our room, but it ended up being something we absolutely loved—it added to the tranquil and relaxing vibe of the place. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, and everything was of excellent quality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If I had to point out one area that was just average, it would be the entertainment, but honestly, we didn’t mind at all. This is the perfect place to relax and disconnect, especially if you’re traveling with your partner. We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to return!"
