"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Conrad Tulum and was thoroughly impressed by the beauty of this hotel, despite a brief water shortage on January 7th. The quality of service stood out from the moment I arrived, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Mr. Francisco Corvin, the General Manager was amazing his hands-on approach was evident, as the entire team demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and professionalism, making sure that I felt well taken care of during the minor inconvenience. The culinary offerings were a highlight of the stay. The quality of the food was outstanding, with a diverse menu that satisfied every palate. Each meal was a delightful experience, The Ukai-Japanese restaurant was amazing, showcasing fresh ingredients and creative presentation. The bar service was equally impressive, offering expertly crafted cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere that added to the overall charm of the hotel. The design and decor at Hotel Conrad Tulum are simply stunning. The architecture and interior design reflect a perfect blend of modern luxury and natural beauty. I want to take the opportunity to mention some employees that made my stay memorable: Chef Omar from the Japanese restaurant, Sergio and David from the bar, Hector and Jasiel from Valet and the entire team from the Spa. "In outrageously expensive Tulum, this hotel offers some relief. But whatever it was missing in location, it made up for in personalized service. I had excellent dinners here as well as made to order breakfast. It’s a family owned and operated business. It was like being a guest in somebody’s home. I was given the possibility of rides to archeological sites and ultimately to the Tren Maya station."

"Pablo goes above and beyond!!!! Stay here. Do not even look at any other options. We have stayed all over the world and this place is absolutely a piece of Paradise. Its in the middle of the jungle which is perfect after a long day of exploring the Mayan ruins in Tulum. The resturant is great and I can not express how awesome Pablo is. 10 out of 10"

"Beautiful property and nice, quiet neighborhood. For such a beautiful home, I would have expected some basics like cleaning supplies, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, also salt/pepper, oils for cooking, etc. The water was not safe drinking water and purifier made it taste salinated and terrible. Also, showers need to be cleaned better as they are full of mold. Pool needed to be cleaned and the nearby gym equipment was all broken. The transportation system to the beach does not include this property, so you need to be able to walk the 15 minute walk to the beach. All amenities from the resort are not available without additional fees. A little more disclosure and supply of basics would bring this up to a 5- star. "
