"The property is absolutley beautiful and the place was very clean. The road is unpaved and pretty rough, but short drive from the main road. Lots of new construction in the area so there was quite a bit of noise, but that will improve over time. When i booked it said the unit would have a private plunge pool,but ours did not. However, theres plenty of rooftop pools to choose from that were always empty, so I wasnt to disappointed. Confirmation and instructions on how to get into the unit didnt...

"We enjoyed our stay at Kiki Tulum very much. The property was very clean and we all felt very safe. We were in apt 8, so the pool was right outside our door. This was great for us and surprisingly we weren't bothered by when there were families/children playing in the pool. The hot water tank was small, so we had to stagger our showers a bit. There was no hot water at any of the sinks, so we boiled water in the kettle for washing dishes and shaving for the men. We ran into trouble with the air...

"This place is a hidden gem, allowing guest to escape into the jungle with secluded privacy, serenity and excellent bird watching! "The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. "This is the WORST place I’ve ever booked! When we 1st came to the property there was no line no wait but when we got to the room the sheets were okay the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken falling apart (it did when we left) also. There was just dust everywhere. the door of our room DID NOT WORK they actually had to change the battery or lock on our door to fix the key. That made me feel unsafe. "The property is as listed. We had 5 adults in our group and were quite comfortable in the condo. It was clean, well stocked and close to amenities like grocery and restaurants. It was quiet and the outdoor patio was nicely shaded to sit out in the morning or evening.The only complaint would be that there was no linen for the fold out couch. "Our 5 day stay at the Yool Caanal Condo was Excellent! The cleanliness, location and the view were fantastic. When we had questions or issues the manager was on top of it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. Cleaning services were great!There are 3 restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as 2-3 mini grocery stores. I would recommend a stop on your way from the airport to a regular grocery store if you’re wanting to cook meals while you’re there since there isn’t one we found close by...

"This beautiful property was a dream, we enjoyed every moment. The living and kitchen area has large windows which open to create an open air jungle, it was so nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. "It's accurate as described. Quaint, quiet town with good snorkeling and swimming at your feet and much to please you nearby. We snorkeled a few times and saw rays to the south of the bay, squid, anenome and urchins, plus all the gorgeous tropical fish you expect on Yucatan reefs. Coral to the north side of the bay was more extensive. Water was warm and clear. Some seaweed on the beach meant walks were best done at low tide. Great breezes kept things cool - we never needed the A/C in a hot March...

"This is a great property. Well appointed 2 bed, 2 bath, we especially enjoyed the closed in balcony. We always stay in the Tao community and there are now more dining options on the resort. The Tao restaurant Otan, is now openfor dinner. We love the golfing here, and the 3 adjacent restaurants. We really only spent our spare time relaxing poolside. We visited the Tao beachclub one day and it wasn't too busy. You can't go wrong staying here."

"The resort was amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful, they made the experience very welcoming. TRS is very walkable, you can reach many delicious dining options and the beach is just a stones throw away! ( depending on your villa location ) one of our favorite places to eat was capricho. ( don’t miss out on the Sunday only Mexican dinner ) We had a blast every day there were interactive activities at the Helios Infinity pool. Don’t hesitate to ask your butlers for anything they are extremely accommodating and were eager to make our stay one to remember! "
