"I love the variety of activities for the kids. I did not like that I booked the Tropical and was put in the Caribe. I booked the Tropical because we stayed at the Caribe last time and I wanted something different. I may be wrong but I believe we were only allowed the al a carte restaurants at the Caribe. I would have like to have tried some of the others at the Colonial or Tropical. However, my number one complaint about the resort is how late the shows are. There are two theaters and it would...

"Everything was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had requested two rooms in close proximity and they weren’t ready until 6pm. They said we could have rooms at 3pm, but that they might be in different buildings. All the pools were really cold. Also, they said the hotel timeshare presentation would take max 2 hours and they kept us there for 5 hours (they’d switch sales people every time we said we weren’t interested). "

"Only issue was small items went missing from our room and our families room until we complained at the desk and left the do not disturb sign out. This is the reason for 3 stars on the staff even though it was likely one employee out of hundreds. The staff was otherwise extremely helpful and kind! Property is beautiful and massive and the food was delicious. Make sure to reserve your dinners upon check in as they book up quickly!"
