"Absolutely loved our week stay at El Cid. Every single staff member was so kind (thank you Ari, Armando, Miguel, David, Victor, Roger, Juan, and Roberto, plus everyone else whose name I couldn’t catch!!). The snorkeling in front of the resort is incredible - we saw so many different fish, a spotted eagle ray, and a southern sting ray. Very cool sunken anchor to look at too. Cruise ships were not a bother. The food was DELISH and we always had the choice to eat either buffet or menu. I just...

"We really enjoy staying at El Cid/La Ceiba in Cozumel. Have been staying there since 2001 almost every year. Staff is always friendly and helpful, food is great and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. We have stayed at a few other places throughout the years, but no one else makes us feel like we’re home when we bisit Cozumel. "

"This resort is beautiful! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They found out it was my birthday and made the day feel really special :) Would highly recommend this resort, especially anyone interested in any of the xcaret parks. There is a little boat that will take you straight from the resort the xcaret next door!"

Sandos Caracol Eco Resort - All Inclusive

"We loved this hotel as a family. Tons to do! Out of our 7 days, we never felt bored. We had no desire to leave the hotel because there was so much we could do on site. The only downside was no hot water in our room which made it extremely difficult with an infant and toddler. Beyond that, we loved our stay. "
