"Our stay started a little rough as our room did not look like the pictures and many items were not working including the fan, phone, and the sofa bed was broken. We worked with staff and were able to upgrade our room and were very pleased with our new accommodations. The amenities around the resort were great and we really enjoyed all the evening activities. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and good drinks. "
