"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

The swim up room was clean and spacious. The food was delicious. The only thing that I really didn’t like is the Spa. I would not recommend. It was very unorganized.
