"This was our second time staying at the resort. The resort itself is amazing but unfortunately the spring break environment is extremely frusterating and is going to be what hurts this place. Large groups of so called "parents" bring their teenagers down for spring break. The parents go one direction, and the 15 and 16 year old kids end up at the bar and turning this 5 star resort into high school freaking gym class. Nothing worse than heading towards the pool bar and a group of 16 year olds...

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
