"Enjoyable experience with lots to do. Expansive property to explore with good food. Sales pitch upon arrival was incredibly irritating and a bad start. Failed to pick up luggage for checkout so I had to hoof it myself. "

"We will be back for sure - this place has many options for kids and adults alike. Only horrible experience is the Front Desk. Transfer from Airport did not work. Half the family missing on registration documents. Upgrade promised - and not delivered (only after protest granted). Front Desk is totally disorganized and everything takes for ever. "

"we loved this property as a family of 5- 4 year old twins and a 1 year old. The water park area was great for them. we enjoyed the multiple pools and the long walk to the lobby- seeing all the wildlife. downsides was the food wasn't that great- and was very difficult to get reservations at any restaurants. but no one got sick which is always good. staff was good but very limited English for the waitstaff. Also no elevators for the rooms so plan accordingly if bringing a stroller. "

"Everything was perfect minus checking in. The room was not ready at 3pm.. waited an extra 40 minutes and ended up taking a different room in a high floor with my elderly mother (no elevators). The ATM never worked ( out of order). The entertainment wasn’t that great. One of the nights the band did not show up, but the entertainment girls made fun. The best thing about the place is the beach, breathtaking. "

Stayed at The Level, which had numerous and many unknown perks (e.g. 30 minute massages/facials each day, you could bank for longer sessions). Food was decent, not great. After 5 days it got a bit repetitive. Preferred the buffets to the a la carte restaurants. "
