"Love the stay but not when compared to other all inclusive!! The resort is very nice, clean and offers the regular amenities. The daily schedule was ok, not much variety. The only downside was the staff, rarely smile or engage! Would I stay there again?! maybe I will give it another try for the right price but most likely not!! "

"We went to Melia for second time and after 13 years the rooms were the same . The rooms need to upgrade, we had water in floor from AC for couple days . Also first floor smelled mold . Food needs more variety, the same food was for lunch and for the dinner and pretty much for all days that we stayed there the food was the same. Needs more transportations because we waiting for 30 minutes for train to come and pick us up. Positive thing was : Resort outside and pools are so beautiful and...
