"It was our first trip to Punta Cana. We typically go to Aruba. We stayed on the Club side and Darrel, our butler, made our vacation 10 stars out of 5. Small inconveniences were fixed like a magic. He decorated our room for my birthday and made sure to provide us with all requested reservations and made sure our stay was memorable and just fantastic. "Good hotel, staff is very friendly. The only observation i have is that there are a lot of mosquitoes inside the rooms. So if you want to travel make sure you have repellent, because its almost 40 dollars. Other than that, we had a good time!"

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
