Find Beach Hotels in Punta Cana

"This was our first time in Punta Cana. Unfortunately this place has very little maintenance, if any. From what we heard, it’s a fairly new construction, however; the place is in bad shape - the kitchen has door handles missing and broken tiles. The AC and stove did not work. The place also needs painting. The beach in itself is beautiful. We had a great view. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, their office does not open until 10am which makes it very inconvenient to check out...

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There were no towels or toilet paper upon arrival, and when I requested them, dirty towels were provided. The bed was uncomfortable, curved, and didn’t fit the frame properly. The noise level was unbearable, with thin walls that didn’t block any sound, making it difficult to sleep. Not as advertised... "

"I want to start by saying, this complex is under new management and improvements are being made daily. The location is excellent. Steps away from a white sandy beach with sunbeds, shades and beach towels all provided free of charge. If you choose to have breakfast, whilst it isn't in the complex itself, it is less than a five minute walk away. If you stayed at one of those large resorts, it would take you longer to walk to the buffet restaurant. The choices for breakfast are wide and varied....
