"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and both times were great. The staff was super friendly, and quick with service. The rooms were comfortable. They do offer shuttles to Universal, but it is close enough to drive yourself or even walk if you wanted to! The only downfall on my stay was housekeeping kept turning the room temp up. I tried to keep it around 65-66, as I like to enjoy a chilled room after being in the heat all day. Everyday I would come back and find the temperature...
