This is my second time staying at the Royal Caribe and I can definitely say this past weekend that I stayed there was horrible. I brought my best friend and my nephew as it was his first time going to Disney and from the minute we got into our room we started having issues. The room was not thoroughly checked before they had a guest check into that room, which happens to be the same exact room that I stayed in last month when I came and I addressed a few issues that the room had so that maintenance could work on it when I checked out last month and those same problems were still there when I returned a month later, which is extremely disappointing, and this time the breaker to our room where our AC wise was turned off and we had no AC for hours with our room being musty and hot and had to have a maintenance person come into our room at 11 oā€™clock at night to fix our air. Yes, the hotel was very accommodating with the problems that we have but there shouldnā€™t be issues like this in the first place, especially when I told them about the issues that we had with the room previously prior to my stay the very next day the hotel had some kind of a fighting event and we all got woken up at 3 oā€™clock in the morning to very loud drunkenly disorderly disturbance of people that were staying in the room next to ours. When our room was cleaned Friday they never vacuumed our room and left it dirty for what the hotel charges for that resort Maybe next time will be better

This is a nice facility, however it was a little noisy. There was some kind of night party by the pool. There was also a $35/day fee for amenities we didnā€™t even use, we were told it was mandatory whether we used them or not. Very shady.

Absolutely stunning hotel, would go back on heart beat. It was decorated so beautifully for christmas and had fun activities for the kids to do. Staff member Steven was working the pool area during the week and was so helpful and pleasant. 10/10 - 5star review.
