This place is a dump, they make it look good online but from the moment we pulled up and saw the pr*st****e in the parking lot we knew we’d be in for a treat. Against my better judgement I checked in and we went to our room, it was so dirty and gross that I would have rather slept in the car. Also it was almost the farthest building from the water park that we possibly could have been in and we have 2 young kids so there was no way that was going to work. I went back to the front desk and asked if we could have a different room, preferably one next to the water park and one that matched the pictures of the one we had booked online and she explained to me that those rooms and smaller and also have smaller beds. At this point I was done with the place, so I asked for a refund of what I had paid for “resort fees” and parking as well as a full refund of what I had paid to stay at this dump. They refunded the resort fees and the parking but have yet to refund the rest of our money. Don’t let the pictures of this place fool you, it’s garbage. Go anywhere else in Orlando unless you want bedbugs or any diseases you could pick up here.

The only complaint I truly have is that the hours of the “resort” are a little ridiculous. We were only there for one night, and it’s been chilly for Florida. My granddaughter did get a little time to enjoy water park area when we arrived. I was extremely disappointed to find out upon arrival that the water park/ play area doesnt open til 11am, which that day was not opening til noon. They had life guards walking back and forth in front of the pool areas with no kids to swim, but numerous kids and parents waiting for water park area to open. My 6 year old granddaughter was tired of waiting so the $170 I spent was way too much considering she never really enjoyed the play area. We ended up spending an excessive amount of money in the arcade unfortunately. We choose to bring our own drinks and order pizza from across the street while we were there.

I emailed the property through the Expedia link to say I would be arriving late past two in the morning. When I showed up, I was told they had not received the message because it was through Expedia. They gave away my room. The only room left was a party room with no actual bed. This was a rocky start, but I was transferred to a new room the next day.

Stayed 9 days and the water in my room kept either turning cold mid shower or completely off. Never had warm enough water. Called front desk multiple times and never no answer. Had to constantly take the elevator from the 5th floor to the front to tell them and never got any answers or anyone to even offer a different room. Day before check out we had completely no water on the entire floor and took then hours to even tell us it was a problem in the “broiler room” very unfriendly staff. For a 9 day vacation and all the money spent we are very disappointed.

Got here at 330pm for 4pm check-in. Was told room was clean waiting on inspection so wouldnt be long. At 4pm had not gotten a call to say room was ready. Went back in and she said still waiting. She did call and rush since i asked why not ready at 4pm. Then I was told the water resort closed at 5 but the hotel pool and hot tub are open till 8. So didnt get to take my daughter to the water resort which is why i picked this hotel. Then went down at 8 to ask for second time for extra blanket. Took two requests and total of 2 hours to get the extra blankets. Got a drink and found out the water resort part was open till 8 not 5 like lady that checked me in said. Tv loses signal..so couldnt watch tv when up in room. Want to come back because i know my daughter would love the water resort part but feel like not best communication / service.

Upon checking in I texted resort stating we would have a late check in as our flights were delayed. We arrived about 1am. Our son was hungry and we purchased a $6.00 cup of Ramen Noodles and some soda's. There was no utensils, no microwave in the Market. Went up to our room, no microwave in there as well, I remembered that the reservation did state that there was a community microwave. I went back down to the front desk to ask about getting some utensils and a where the microwave was located. Staff member said they didn't have utensils, but he could send a microwave up to our room. I said don't bother because if there are no utensils how would he eat is soup? I asked him why would you let us buy food, knowing there are no utensils available. He said we don't own the market, it an outside vendor. Well in my opinion this represents your resorts, seems silly to offer frozen foods, microwavable foods when there is no means of heating up / cooking the food and no utensils. Staff member delivered microwave anyway about an hour later. Our room was less desirable, no chair at the desk. Bathroom sink was cracked. The bedding was dingy, the pillows were flat or lumpy. I don't think the floor was ever mopped. Our son wore his white socks 1 night, his socks were so very dark black dirty. Staff was very nice, especially in the breakfast buffet
