"Overall the hotel was great! It was a 40 minute from the Orlando airport. Check-in was easy as we got their early and they had a room ready for us. The pools and waterpark are great for kids. The rooms were very spacious and offered everything you would need to have a great stay where you can make your own food/do your laundry. I loved having a full kitchen as well as washer/dryer in the room. I would say it's a bit outdated and the pools need updating. We were located on the 5th floor facing the main lobby parking roundabout and it was very loud at night. With kids this was frustrating. I would also say not to say you offer a free shuttle to Disney World or Universal Studios if there are only 1-3 times a day. These were also not ideal times as you want to go early not at 9:30/11am and come back at 7-9pm. That being said, everyone was very nice and got items that we needed for our room easily. It was a great time for us and our kids and we'd definitely go back!"

"Property was nice and clean, staff was welcoming and friendly. Location was really close to Disney and Universal studios. The only complain would be the people staying next to us were heavily smoking pot what seemed like day and night! Even though our room was a smoke free area. So we avoided letting the kids out to the balcony even when they wanted to view the fireworks at night. Other then that the stay was great."
