"It is a bit confusing to get around at first but after 1st day it was better. There were no bar soaps for bathrooms and they should stock kitchen with coffee and sugar. Furniture was very scratched in my room making it look dirty and towel rack is broken so maintaining this property could be a bit better for attention to problems you expect to not see at a 4 star facility. Market only had 1 open register in morning rush and for such a large facility they need more cashiers or to go faster...

"the rooms are dated but i was told the hotel will be updated within the next 3 months, so that will be great! the service staff was great and fixed problems quickly! i had to move tooms becuase of the smell in the room. the next room the air conditioner was very loud. i called the front desk and maintenance came right away! he looked at the unit and said he would replace the whole unit at 1030p! older property but they make up for it with great staff! pool was enjoyable! "

"Our recent stay at Universal Endless Summer Dockside, during spring break, was fantastic. We switched to this hotel two days before our trip to Universal, and have zero regrets. We checked in on a Wednesday, and the whole process was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to/from the Universal parks. "Great place to stay for a night before a cruise. Rooms are small but very nice. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly! Would definitely stay here again!"
