The front desk people and manager were nice. Property was clean and ample parking available. Elevator access was nice too. Only negative thing was when some guy woke us up at 8am and proceeded to knock loudly at our door telling us the check-out time even if we requested a late check-out. He woke up my kids, we thought the guy was housekeeping but it was painter or contractor who was painting the room next door. We called front desk and they apologized but the guy proceeded to talk very loud since he was painting the room next to us, he was talking to a woman on loud speaker too. We heard him talk so loud as the walls were sort of thin (and his voice echoed) anyway, my husband told him to be quiet but it was too late. Overall, the resort was pretty and we had the lake view. The pool next to us is under renovation but there were multiple pools which the kids enjoyed

Very spacious rooms, we had the 1bdrm deluxe villa. Hard to get parking at night close to our room but the resort is safe and there is parking security. The room came with plenty of dishes and utensils. Floors were very clean and the balcony was huge and screened. Very nice to sit out at nighttime!

Service was great property was phenomenal can’t say enough good things about this place our only complaint the whole week stay was the hot tub between building 500 and 600 the chlorine bleached our swim suits out and ruined mine my wife’s and my daughters skin for about a week after

This property is very clean and well taken care of. Everything was in working order. The only disappointing thing was some of the activities like the waterpark you had to be an owner or pay for it and it definitely wasn’t worth the $25 price tag. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely think about staying here again.

Took a long time to get checked in. We got our room went to dinner. When we got back the heat still had not moved or worked. Also the smell of fish fry permeated the room. Finally got a hold of someone who sent us back to the front desk for another room. The room was nice clean.

We stayed in a two BR condo. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the multiple pools and especially the hot tubs (one at each pool) since it was cool during our trip. Room service from Drafts was great, and the on-site convenience store most helpful. Our family’s concern was the excessive noise on four out of five nights of our stay. We recognize that people have fun on vacation, but the noise from parties, hooting and hollering, and overwhelming cigarette smoke interfered with our ability to use our balcony and otherwise enjoy our vacation. There are joyous get-togethers, and then there are full-on unreasonably loud out of control parties. The front desk and staff appeared unconcerned and unhelpful until “quiet hours” starting at 11 pm. The property needs to figure out to whom the are catering.

Staff were amazing. I needed new batteries for the television remote, I texted the front desk and they were delivered to my room within 5 minutes. All the staff members we encountered were incredibly friendly and very helpful. I look forward to staying here again as the location to all the parks were 15 minutes or less.
