Booked a room with a king bed received two double beds. Upon check in room keys did not work, had to go to front desk twice during a power failure and was told it was a bad lock on door. Security finally opened the door upon entry to discover the power failure prevented the room from having water in bathroom, shower, toilet and sink, I immediately asked for another room and was placed in tower 2, water worked and door lock worked in new room.

Property was close to major roads for ease in getting to places like Universal, Disney Springs, etc. Hotel was clean and had several restaurants and stores. Had an easy to access parking garage; however there were both resort and parking fees on top of what I had already pre-paid for. So be aware of that.

They were a bit understaffed in the bar/restaurants but the service was still amazing which was impressive for what they had to deal with .
