This is my fourth time at Rosen and its always a delight to stay here. Both my mom and I enjoy our stay always. when we are in town this is the only hotel, we will stay .

The accommodations do not look like the website. This place definitely needs some TLC. We had issues with our door keys, it took several times to get a green light to open the door. The sheets had stains. When we asked house keeping to changed them, she told us she was going to lunch and continued down several other rooms, cleaning and never returned. The room had spiders and two babie cockroachs. One night 3 police cruisers arrived and were there for sometime. The staff at check in were nice, but housekeeping and some security officers were not.

The pictures definitely duped me. I traveled with another female coworker and we felt very unsafe upon seeing our room. We used a chair and ironing board to block the door through the night. The sheets had small stains all over and the room smelled like cigarette smoke even though we booked non-smoking. Staff was friendly.
