"Hotel seems to be short staff and there is construction going around the hotel. We needed toilet paper. We was told there was only one person working and you have to come down to the front desk and get it. We needed a dollie for suit case and was told the same thing on the day of leaving. Also, if you had any hotel trash you had to the designated areas to throw your trash away. No room service. Also, there is a poolside bar but it was closed for our whole stay. "I really liked the amenities offered at this location, how easy was to drive to and back from the parks and shopping centers. Quiet and safe location as well. Would recommend it and would come back for another stay."
