I love this property because it really brings out the kid in me. However, it is overpriced with nothing, NOTHING included in the price. You pay additional for everything and the prices are a bit higher than you need for a property near universal with shuttles. However, it is beautiful, very convenient to Volcano Bay and has some nice on property amenities.

Great location, pools close at 10:00 pm which was great. I’d say the only thing I didn’t like was that hotel staff didn’t come into the room everyday to clean, we stayed 4 days and they only came in once and late at like 4:00 pm when we came back from the pool ready to shower. Also no crazy unexpected fees, only thing you have to pay for is daily parking. Id say good place to stay with family overall.

I know the cost of doing business in this day is expensive. However, the price for anything is overblown and overpriced for some pretty mediocre things- breakfast, milk, shakes, etc everything was grossly expensive. We had fun but it was good we only did three days there.

The property was clean, in close proximity to the Universal and Volcano Bay Aqua Park. The hotel provided the transportation to the Universal Studios. The area around the property was nice with pools. The only disadvantage for us was the fact that the building where we lived was located far from the lobby.

The property is very clean and the staff was very pleasant! Sean M. From luggage helped us even though they were slammed, made my daughters 21st birthday special when it wasn’t his primary duty!
