My sister and I flew down to pick up our brother’s cremains and is was super easy to book and made it very stress free. We encountered two amazing employees, Jill who showed how much she truly loved the Rosen family and their business, Mr. Rosen’s amazing leadership before his passing. Jill works in the buffet area and has been with Rosen Hotel for 37 years and has endless knowledge about the history behind it. She should be given a promotion or a new position should be created for her as community ambassador for the Rosen properties. She was kind, warm and caring even for the few minutes we talked with her. Also, at the check in desk, Adair assisted us and he was an absolute pleasure to talk with for the short time I was at the counter. Great sense of humor as well, both of them made our short more serious stay amazing and we will definitely recommend Rosen Hotels and hope they stack around for another 50 years of great service and hospitality. Thanks again.

If you are a light sleeper I don’t recommend facing the road but the room was clean & comfortable, the traffic noises didn’t bother me at all. Staff was all friendly & courteous. Would stay here again!

I would probably stay there again if it's the best price I can find, but it wasn't as nice as the reviews led me to expect. Maybe we were in an older room, but there were a couple minor cosmetic issues and it wasn't cleaned well, there was debris behind the door that obviously wasn't moved to clean behind. The morning of checkout, over an hour and a half before time to check out, housekeeping walked through the door, either without knocking or doing it so lightly that no one heard her even though it was quiet in the room. My husband was in the middle of getting dressed, so that wasn't great.

I checked out one day early as the smoke detector went off multiple times every night in my room even after maintenance changed the batteries. We also saw 4 roaches during the stay in the room. I believe the roaches may have actually been causing the smoke detector to go off as they were crawling out from the hole behind it. No sleep whatsoever for me and my kids and put a big damper on our Disney trip. We checked out a day early and was told by front desk (after they got approval from manager on duty) that we would be refunded but had to contact expedia. Expedia attempted to get a refund and was denied. I also sent an inquiry through hotel website and have had no response. Ridiculous that I am being denied a one night refund after leaving early and being told I would be refunded for one night.

Everyone says good morning when they pass you. They have a small restaurant on property and an awesome breakfast buffet. The room was right across from the pool. It’s right off the highway so you can easily access the property. Excellent first stay; already planning a return trip.

It was fine the only real issue we had was the shower was very cool. The bath was warm just the minute you changed it to the shower it was cold. So if you take quick showers you will be fine. We had someone come in and look at it but nothing was fixed. On a whole it an ok property fairly good price and location was great. It is in the interstate so don’t expect things to be quite.
