"The only really nice thing was the little lake in the back of the property. The pool was dirty, the rooms need to be updated. the noise level was horrible, there was some woman screaming at the pool all night.For the amount of money i paid, i was expecting a little bit more. There were not enough towels or wash cloths, no ice bucket, no shampoo or bath soap. Just a bit disappointed"

"Nice hotel right in the heart of Dale Mabry. I used to stay on this street 20 years ago when I would come to Tampa for business. Things have changed a lot! But for my needs the location is perfect."

"I like the value of the property and Debra at the front desk was wonderful! I didnt like the hidden gees in a few areas. 1. Parking is $20 per day and I found out when given the parking permit. 2. $75 early check fee, when there was a room ready and available. 3. Continental breakfast eas $21.50 and i found out halfway through my meal. Will definitely stay again but I now know what to expect and will plan accordingly."

"Everything was wonderful until about 11:00 pm when the air conditioner start to make banging noises at 20 minute intervals. It would only stop if turned off and unfortunately if we did that then the room was hotter than blue hell. My husband and I did not get much sleep. I told the woman at the front desk about the problem when I checked out. An offer of discount would’ve been nice…."
