"Beautiful property "

"The room was exquisite, spacious, clean, modern. So convenient for taking a very early flight. Loved the clock in the mirror, floor lights for night, bathroom spacious and clean. Wish there was self-laundry. The Queen bed had 3 pillows, strange because most others have 4. Triple layer heavy sheets instead of soft blanket. Would have expected a better sleep experience for the rate. McCoys restaurant very nice and pool area nice for to relax. Staff at desk to restaurant very friendly. "

"First time in Orlando nice property, clean and great staff. Don’t like 4pm check-in, this is too late and check out should be noon or 1pm."

"We love coming to the Island Resort. It was our 3rd time coming and staying there. It waa our first time staying in a junior suite. We were excited to stay on the dune view junior suite, but when we arrived to the room everything was great except the lock on the dune view patio door lock was broken. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance to come check it. The maintenance tech was very nice and professional. He said he could not fix the lock at that time but got it approved to get our room switched. It was a good decision and the staff were very helpful and switched us to the 3rd floor. We had beautiful view of the water. We were very happy with all the staff. We will be back to visit again. Thank you 😊 "
