"Dated rooms, but clean. Really nice balcony. My one issue, room service entered and and worked the room without consent. Management was apologetic and it did not appear to happen again. I'd probably stay there again, but honestly would probably stay somewhere slightly more expensive and up to date"

"All employees we came in contact with were so friendly. The bed was sooo comfortable. The buffet was good, not as many options as I expected from the reviews I saw but it was good. We would definitely stay there again when in the area. I would have to say, it’s probably the best place we’ve stayed in that area and we go to Orlando every few years. Thank you so much for making our time there so nice! We will be back!! "

"there is no wifi in rooms as promised so you had to go down to the lobby to have internet access. the microwave is on the first floor so anytime we had to warm something up we had to go all the way downstairs. there was 28 missing ceiling tiles in the main part of the hotel. Hotel doors were screwed shut and things were out to date: furniture, colors, fixtures, etc. There was a nice flat screen tv in the room. There were only 7 cars in the parking lot. The indoor pool and hot tub were okay but...
