We were not fans of the breakfast buffet at the Tropical (?) in lower level. Staff there were great but food was not. I'd replace the gravy and biscuits immediately. "

We was told there was only one person working and you have to come down to the front desk and get it. We needed a dollie for suit case and was told the same thing on the day of leaving.
