"The property is beautiful but the staff could be more attentive. When I inquired about early check in I was told it wasn't available but that he would call when a room opened up. I walked around for hours but never got called. When I showed up at the hotel an hour after normal check in, it would have been fabulous if our bags had been moved up to a room, but they were still in the deposit. "Was here for the Laughlin event. Good service overall, though there were times the parking shuttle wasn’t available. Recommend keeping a base set of restaurants open for the future as many of us dined outside the hotel due to not having much options inside the hotel. Otherwise service was good and having the Starbucks serving cafe was great for the mornings- recommend more breakfast sandwich items!"

"Great signage was much appreciated. The shower was amazing. Noticed chips in furniture which was off putting. Liked the lounge chair in n the room. Sheets and towels were super! Staff smiling and pleasant. Loved 4 Flamingos! "

Would stay again for the price

"We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bed pool view room. Beds were super comfortable. Great to have a full kitchen and washing facilities. Dated, but clean room that met our needs. We had an issue with our front door handle, we couldn’t get in at first after a long travel day! Managed to get in with some part brute force as despite reporting it to reception, one came to check it despite us asking twice - turned out we needed to life the handle up instead of down (we managed to work it out) so got by for our stay, but not ideal that our request wasn’t looked into. Pool was nice, but not heated and too cold for me to get in. $7 for a kids slushy is extortionate! Good location, nice to have no additional fees due on arrival, plenty of parking on site. Would stay again for the price. "
