"Well located, comfortable and welcoming hotel. Excellent customer service and they even checked us into our room early which was helpful after a long flight with our baby! Incredibly clean and well designed rooms. We were in the newly renovated rooms. Great western breakfast options. Would recommend and stay here again! "

"Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived. We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. Property was clean and at the 50th floor with amazing city views. Just be okay with your ears popping a bit. The rooftop bar was very nice and had electric blankets to keep you warm.
